The theme for the competition was 'Half Pavilion' deriving from the garden pavilions in Chinese culture, we have a choice to make a half corridor too. The structure's site was situated at Nansha Birdpark at Guandong, and material used was bamboo.

Our concept was to design a half corridor that exposed its sectional details and depict the growth of a bird's journey: from birth, being nestled in their nests and eventually soaring to the sky. 

I was the leader and I helped to manage our progress as well as contributing to the design process. I also helped to make the 1:20 physical model.
